The International
Organisation
Development
Association (IODA) is
an international network of Organizational Development
professionals, consultants, practitioners and social scientists. This
non-profit association has members from many countries that are
initiating and supporting organizational change processes all over
the world. IODA is dedicated to supporting and strengthening OD
principles at the international level through research, academic OD
programs, peer mentoring and coaching, networking and sharing of
knowledge, international projects, and cultural interchange. |

OCIC
International is
mainly an Organisation Development Consultancy company which seeks
to enable organisations to help themselves. OCIC places a premium on
excellence and help its clients to evaluate the effectiveness of its
(OCIC) efforts in an unusually exacting way.
In
collaboration with the University of Cape Coast, OCIC runs a very
successful OD postgraduate programme at the Diploma, Masters and
Doctorate levels.. Over 350 students are enrolled in various stages
of this very unique programme.

The University
of Cape
Coast,
Ghana (UCC)
was established in December 1962 out of a dire need for highly
qualified and skilled manpower. From an initial intake of 155
students in 1962, UCC now boasts of a student population of about
17,000 regular students, 4,000 sandwich (summer) students and 20,000
distant learners. With judicious planning and careful execution, UCC
has succeeded in establishing itself as a centre of excellence where
quality teaching, research and outreach programmes are consistently undertaken.
In
